  I go there regularly for the onsen, one of the few in the area. There is a nice view on the valley from the outside bath.

  We needed a place to stay for the night after visiting Aoshima and the UDO shrine late in the day and before continuing our journey to Kagoshima, This resort hotel is the perfect place. It's off season currently so the resort was not crowded at all. It's a golf resort so the amenities are pretty complete with a both large indoor and outdoor one pools. Messages are also available. A pretty decent sized Kids' game play area too. Room is very good sized and clean even though the furnishings are still from the past. Overall a very comfortable stay. One important note if you're using Google maps navigation and coming from Nichinan town driving northbound, make sure you turn left on exit 31 Nichinan Kitago instead of following Google maps instructions to turn right. Exit 31 is the LAST off ramp and there was no turning back until about 15 km later at the toll booth. A painful lesson to us wasting 40mins! Hopefully Google will fix this bug soon.
