  The hotel feels quite old. The facilities are old but well kept. The front desk response is normal. The keys are old-fashioned, so you have to leave them with you every time you go out. Breakfast is served at the coffee shop on the first floor. This is a nice atmosphere and the interior looks like the coffee will be delicious. Breakfast is delicious and inexpensive, so we recommend staying with breakfast. Good location, close to the station.

  As an exchange student and got paid all the subsistence fee, i had no problem with this hotel. The services in here are just completely fine, such as moving me to another room when my air conditioner got broken down, they ask my permission to take all my luggage to the new room when i'm about to leave the hotel for work. Then, a compensation that i received was a room with 2 beds and the room become the place in which my team group up. I got morning buffet ticket per day thank to policy of the exchange program, so i got my breakfast at this hotel every morning before go to work. We've tried so many signature foods from Japanese in here and i'm just sastified with it. Highly recommend everyone to come to the hotel restaurant for breakfast. Maybe the conceptionists don't speak English so well, fortunate for me because i got N4 level in Japanese so i can talk to them a little, but sometime we don't totally understand each other. On the other hand, they tried to communicate in English despite of their disavantage by using an auto-translate device which can rapidly translate their voice to English. So, don't worry if your Japanese not too well. The advantage of the hotel which i prefer the most, definitely is the proximity to the bus stations, the mall and the Shinkansen. Only take me 3 min to go to the bus station and the mall as well, so i can buy anything i want and go to work on time without taking me so much time.

  I loved this hotel it got like a old school vibe like old japanesse movies, and the restaurant at the first floor is amazing the breakfast buffet is next level

  For a hotel that is approximately ¥6000/night I would expect something above decent. Mattress is hard, room smells of musk and mold, cramped toilet, spider webs in the corner, AC filled with dust and across the board nothing seems to be maintained since the first opening of the hotel. The only saving grace is the breakfast is decent with decent cup of coffee, the staff are very kind and the hotel is located in a very decent/convenient place. Please invest in the upkeep of the hotel.
