  Great hotel! It’s not new but well maintained. Its location is convenient as well as there’s Yamashita park right across, Chinatown just a few blocks away and Motomachi shopping district within walking distance too. There’s also a natural Lawson nearby! I would definitely stay here again if I were to visit Yokohama again.

  The hotel is located in a great location and the staff is very friendly. The rooms were quite comfortable and superb. Ordered some room service and it was great. However, when accessing the club lounge we were discriminated against because it probably doesn't look like we belonged there? They checked our keys for club access while they didn't check the other people for the same... Kind of classist and I do not deserve to be treated that way because I paid the exact same amount as the others. Maybe it's a cultural thing? Who knows.

  When I think of a5 star hotel this odds the prime example of what 5 star is. This is a really nice hotel with exceptional friendly staff extremely friendly and helpful. The room was large and clean the WiFi was really fast and dependable. There are a couple places to eat at the hotel but there are many places nearby. It’s a couple blocks to walk to China town when you will find hundreds of food choices. To get the hotel you can take the train from the airport and when you get to the train station it’s about a 4-5 block short walk. There is a bus stop to the Haneda airport just out in front of the hotel and it’s only 800 yen ($5.34 ). Or you can take a taxi which is about $60.00. This has got to be one of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed in. Also, there is a lot of history about this hotel which is displayed in the hallways on pictures. The hotel is right across the street from the Gundam Robot, Yokohama Marine Tower and park. There’s a little walk to get to the cruise terminal but you can easily take a taxi. Can’t go wrong staying here.

  Superb decision to stay here. If you plan to visit Gundam Factory, consider to overnight here. Its worth. Good price, huge space, great view and generous amenities. Near to train station, China town, beautiful park and Gundam Factory.

  This hotel was much more luxurious than we expected for the price we paid. Beautiful classic interior with lots of marble and brass decor. The room was excellently equipped and we even got a free morning newspaper in English delivered. We had a fantastic view from our window and the location was excellent. We didn't eat any meals there because the price of the food was quite high.
