  Good hotel. We tried a Japanese style room for 5 members. Very good ambience. Breakfast had many varieties. All Japanese cuisine.

  10/10 for food and service. Staff are helpful and kind. The rooms are great, the food is incredible, and this is a lovely hotel. However I went there because it has a private onsen on the roof you can rent and enjoy the water and view. The problem is that the onsen water was full of semen floating from previous guests, and the water in the onsen doesn't flow, and the drain is bolted closed. It is inevitable that some guests will have sex in the water, but the hotel is too stingy to keep the water permanently flowing and draining so it stays clean. And there is no way for the guest to drain the dirty water. This is unacceptable, and ruins an otherwise beautiful place.

  Impeccable service and very polite crew. Fed us so much that we could not finish all the food! Beautiful view and soothing waves to lull you to sleep

  ホテルニュー淡路のCMでお馴染みのお宿！ I always thought hotels are too expensive for their service. They serve food, clean a room, and provide some helps. Thus, I usually did not understand why people stay at expensive hotels (I rather use the money for travel experiences not a place to stay). This hotel changed my mind. Their omotenashi spirit (Japanese style hospitality) was fantastic and my parents and I had wonderful experience here. I am not going to spoil their omotenashi but I will tell you that you will not regret staying here.

  If you're someone looking for a Japanese style hotel (旅館) and want to experience Japanese style dishes (和食), this is the best place for you. The hotel is located near the ocean and the panoramic view is beautiful especially sunrise. We stayed in a Deluxe Sea View room with an open air bath. All the staffs are really kind and polite. And being in a deluxe room, we had our private helper, who is always in her Kimono. My first impression of the room was "real Japanese room". To top it off, the dishes was so amazing. Each dish compliments the other dishes. The dishes were served with art and grace. The dishes were served depending on the season. Ours was summer season so fishes were served fresh and cold sake on the side. This hotel will give you an experience you'll never forget.
