::This hotel went above and beyond every expectation I had. Not only were the rooms affordable, spacious, and clean, but the breakfast buffet was DELICIOUS. However, the shining star of this hotel is the incredible staff who truly saved my vacation. My family and I needed to somehow transport 7 big suitcases and four people to the Int’l Cruise Terminal. No Uber drivers would answer our Uber request, so as a last-ditch effort, we turned to the three kind receptionists at the hotel and asked them if calling two large taxis would at all be possible. All three of them started calling different taxi companies and by some miracle, were able to get us two large taxis, despite larger taxis being seemingly rare in Japan. They saved our vacation: without them, we would have missed our cruise! Those three receptionists were the pinnacle of professionalism, kindness, and efficiency. I was so relieved when they secured taxis for us that I wanted to cry. Thank you so much for saving our holiday. I would recommend this hotel a thousand times over.

::Very pleasant place, the place was very very quiet even tho the rooms are small it’s really really well the A/C was cold enough for my me and my bro to sleeps nicely in the buffet was filled with not that much food options but really tasty at the same time to be honest I really like this place (5 star! Incredible work MYSTAYS hotel!)

::Great price. Comparable to airbnbs in the area but includes breakfast. Room height might be a problem if you are really tall. It's near a rail station but shops around the hotel closes pretty early. Also take only the local train and not the express or rapid or you'll miss the station like we did 😂.
