::We stayed here the night before the official opening of Fantasy Springs at DisneySea. The rooms were standard, dusty, and old, but it’s just a 10-minute walk to DisneySea. They also charged an arm and a leg for the night because of the new opening. I know the rooms were dusty, because I’m asthmatic and allergic to dust and mold. Not fun. We had messaged the hotel before our arrival regarding allergies and cleanliness, but received a standard non-committal reply. Bring all your meds if you have allergies. The bathroom is standard Japanese - TINY. Usually I only travel with my husband, so after a shower we just changed in the room. It’s what we’ve come to expect in a standard Japanese hotel, but for some others, I’d suggest paying for a better hotel.

::After walking around Tokyo Disney for 12 hours on our recent trip, Mystays Maihama was perfect to come back to. Comfortable beds, dehumidifier in the room, and a proper $400 dollar foot massager. The rooms are nothing special but that wasn’t a concern considering how tired we were. Service on check in was polite and efficient, they have a bank of vending machines downstairs and free coffee. There’s a Lawson convenience store a 5 min walk away and you can heat up the bento’s at the hotel which has a microwave downstairs. The night before, we stayed at another hotel which was more than twice the room rate, and in hindsight we would have been better off here. The other property didn’t have a foot massager.

::Was super happy with this hotel, until we needed help with a lost item we had accidently left behind. I had left my Kindle in the safe before our departure to Osaka. We contacted the hotel and the lady didn't want to help out one bit. Very disappointing, as overall the stay at MYSTAYS hotel wasn't all that bad. All we wanted was for someone to try and check the room to retrieve my missing Kindle.

::Sort of felt like a bit of an old seedy motel when we arrived but at the end of the day it wasn’t so bad. It is a 7min walk to the entry of Disney Sea, 10min walk to the Maihama train station. The rooms are small and basic but they are clean and comfortable if you just need a bed to sleep. I thought the price was expensive for what you got. A little bit more money you are in a Disney resort hotel.

::Me & my partner loved our stay here!! Nice and close to Disneyland & Disney Sea for our days out! They also offered free bus from Hotel to Maihama station, Disneyland then DisneySea every set times. We used this service to go to DisneyLand however did get off at Maihama station as it is faster to walk from there and also was faster to walk to DisneySea straight from hotel as it is on the same road just a 7min walk. Note we did do these activities on a rainy day. Lawson Convenience store was also a short walk away from The hotel itself! All in all it was great staff are helpful and very accommodating. Will def book here again on my next visit to Japan if going to Disneyland n DisneySea. Arigatou Gozaimasu
