  Great location in a central area of Tokyo. Close to JR train station and walking distance to Tokyo Dome. Cafes, restaurants and convenience stores are right next to the hotel. Rooms were clean and neat. Would stay here again.

  Polite staff ready to assist anytime. Close to everything, short stroll to the Imperial Palace garden, a few minutes subway train ride (and walk) to Tokyo Station. Amenities are okay. We'd stay here again.

  The stay was magnificent. Service was exceptional and attentive. The room was small but that is to be expected with a city like Tokyo. Either way, the level of service I received was above expectations and I would absolutely stay here again. Now, I am not sure if this is something can be fixed or not but to turn off the lights in the room to sleep , you have to remove the key card, which is good and all except for taking a trip to the bathroom at night, as it cuts power to that light as well. But I'm sure that's easily remedied with a cell phone flashlight!

  We liked everything except the beds.. The rooms are big and there is a convenient store directly in the hotel. The food and shopping opportunities around the hotel were also really nice.
