::Great hospitality, facilities & accomodation. The rooms (as in typical Japanese guesthouses) are very small. Maybe not so suitable for family with small kids

::The people working at reception are really friendly. One key is given per room. You take your shoes off as you come in, and there's reusable slippers for each room. I stayed in a single room for four nights, and for some reason they put me in one room for the first night, then another room the other three. This was quite irritating as it meant I had to check out and pack my luggage the first day again but it's a small matter. The room itself was okay, a bit sparse, with A/C, a small TV, and a rubbish bin. There is also a small desk with a tissue box. The room appeared clean, and the bed was quite comfortable to sleep in. On the first floor, there are two showers - one for each sex. There's a kitchen with a microwave and most utensils provided, and a shared fridge/freezer. The coin laundry is also in there, with quite low costs. There is a common area for hanging out and eating, but it is very small, and can only fit under 10 people. There's a TV and some computers there for use. There's a row of three washbasins for brushing teeth etc. Location-wise, it's not a far walk from Minami-Senju station, which has a supermarket, Burger King, Denny's and McDonalds. There is not a convenience store super near to the hotel, however. The best part about this hotel is the ofuro, or Japanese bath. You have to write your room number down to book it, but when I was there it was hardly booked. Inside the room there's three shower heads where you sit and shower before getting into the tub. The bathtub was extremely big and much deeper than western tubs. I definitely recommend trying it out, especially at the end of a long day, to relax.
