::Basic comfort but well-located and accessible. It was value for money. Of cos there are cheaper and pricier alternatives. But there is the JR Iyo Mishima train station located less than 5 min away, and on the end of the street, bus services as well. For the ones driving, the hotel has approximately 12 parking lots available for ¥500 a night. Fuji Mishima supermarket is a superbly huge convenience located 3-4min walk away. If you want something at unearthly hours, a small 7-11 is also located across the road from this supermarket. Macdonalds Iyo Mishima branch is also just a min or two from the supermarket.

::This is a basic business hotel. All amenities you would expect. Coin Laundry, VOD, unit bath, no washlet, fridge in room and desk. Good point is a microwave in the room. For the price I would expect more but it is close to Iyo-Mishima station.

::Simple, clean and comfortable place to stay. I stayed here for 11 days and It was good. Clean room with complete appliances like refrigerator, TV, Oven, electric water kettle and hair blower. Polite attendants and cozy place.

::Locate just minutes by walk from train station, this hotel is good for business traveler as there are nothing much around. There is a supermarket about 10 minutes walk which allow you to get whatever you needed. Breakfast was good with buffet style. Friendly staffs who tried best to help even with language barrier.
