  Friendly staff. Room is huge and comfortable but bathroom is small. Scenic view of the volcano in the far side of harbor.

  Nice hotel with peaceful surroundings. Especially liked the bath area.

  I've stayed here a few times and it's getting more and more dated as the years go by. The food is reasonable quality but has to cater for usually large family groups and as such the emphasis is more towards quantity than quality. That being said the food is not bad it's just not great

  Money lost in this hotel during music festival. At least 2 other visitors got their money lost. Security measures are non existent, as with most of Japan. I guess this is what they call "heiwa boke". Pity when the staff were very nice and helpful.

  Service was great, but the hotel is very old.
