::Iwaki Yumoto Onsen Sen no Yado Kashiwa is about a 7-minute walk from JR Yumoto Station. Iwaki Yumoto Onsen has a history of 1,000 years. The quality of the hot springs here is a ``sulfur-containing sodium-chloride/sulfate hot spring,'' which is rare nationwide, and the hot springs are directly sourced and available 24 hours a day. It has long been known as a ``hot spring for the heart'' and a ``hot spring for heat,'' but in recent years it has become popular among young people as a ``hot spring for beauty.'' The hot springs boast a water flow rate of 5 tons per minute, and the rich effects permeate your body. We go to the market every day to purchase our food, and we are proud of our fresh crab dishes and carefully selected seafood. You can enjoy Iwaki's specialty, Mekami and fresh sashimi, along with delicious drinks. When I visited around 4pm on a holiday, there were 3 cars parked in the parking lot in front of the building, and almost no cars parked in the large parking lot across the street. In this case, wider feels better. Park your car and check in. *Free night without dinner♪ 1 night plan with breakfast 13,050 yen *Bathing tax 150 yen The building looks like a fairly old business hotel, but I wonder if the rooms have just been renovated. The Japanese-style room has new tatami mats and walls, and the plumbing is clean. The hot spring does not have an open-air bath or a sauna, but there is only one indoor bath for men and women with no view. Sulfur springs are highly corrosive, so the changing rooms and bathrooms have aged well. However, the quality of the spring water is good, so you should only concentrate on soaking in the water. This time we only had breakfast, so we headed outside to an izakaya for dinner. This inn is close to the downtown area around the station, so you can use it like this. Eating outside is impossible at a hot spring inn in the mountains. Breakfast (7:20-8:30) is a Japanese-style meal served at Shinka on the 1st floor. All-you-can-drink Dotor coffee and Iyemon (tea). By the way, looking at the website, it seems that Shinka's plans that come with a crab or seafood dinner and those that include tickets to the spa resort Hawaiian are popular. I arrived around 7:30, gave my room number, and was shown to a table. On the table are potato salad, kinpira burdock, squid sashimi, seaweed, eggs, pickled plums, pickles, and natto. Along with this, they served warm grilled mackerel, rice, and miso soup. Dessert is orange, and drinks are self-serve. The breakfast buffet isn't bad, but if you can serve one person like this, you won't have to rush. The food was definitely delicious, and my partner was impressed with the natto that didn't come in a cup. This kind of effort is important.

::The hot spring is an alkaline sulfur spring shared by Yumoto. There are 1 indoor baths, natural hot spring water, and no overflow. You can take a bath at night until you check out. The breakfast rice was just the right amount of hardness and delicious.

::I visited him twice. I've been to two other inns in Iwaki, but I like crabs and the people at the inns are very nice, so I've been coming to this one in recent years. I wish the bathroom was a little bigger... The women's bathroom is so small that you have to worry about taking a bath with other family members, so you can't relax at all, so I try to go there at a time when there aren't many people around. If a random person was in the washing area, the hot water from the shower would be so hot that they would end up in the bathtub...

::Thank you for staying with us for two days and one night from November 7th to November 8th. The receptionist was soft-spoken and friendly, and I felt glad that I chose this inn. The inn itself was undeniably old, but it was well kept and didn't feel uncomfortable. The interior of the room was quite spacious with tatami mats and was built in the Showa era. The TV was new and the air purifier was new, so it was comfortable. However, there was no chair, just a seat, so it might be difficult for people with weak legs. The point of this inn is that the food is very delicious, and the fresh raw crab is exquisite. The sashimi was very fresh and I was impressed with all the food. Local sake was also available at a low price, so it's a great place for alcohol lovers. The hot springs are fed directly from the source, and I have bathed in them many times. I gave it four stars, but it's closer to 4.5. It would have been a 5 if there were chairs and tables in the room, and I would like to go again.

::Stayed here for 2 nights during Nov long weekend. The hotel is about 10 minutes walk from Iwaki Yumoto station and there's a foot bath nearby. Onsen Shrine 温泉神社 is also very close with pretty autumn leaves with light-up at night. Enjoyed 2 nights of seafood at the hotel's restaurant.
