It’s decent. The location and the price were the two main reasons we chose this place over other spots. Rooms are an okay size, bathrooms on the other hand; very small. A lot of the walls and even some of the furniture have obviously been laid with wallpaper to make the look of the rooms more modern but that’s okay. Wouldn’t recommend unless you’re really strapped for cash.

Double beds in this unit make it very tight. Kitchenette, but NO bowls, cups, plates or utencils. Million dollar auto-flush, wireless control bidet gets five stars! I find the Y10,000 cash deposit frustrating. Why not just charge my debit card and issue refund, or on CC?? (cash I couldn't use around Tokyo)

Room walls are so thin you can hear people walking in the hallway. There are supply cabinets on the outside wall of the room that the staff seem to access a lot and it is loud. Location is convenient in near two train stations.

the building is old The soundproofing is not very good. When a hair dryer is used in nearby rooms, the sound can be heard inside. You can hear someone talking. You can even hear the TV. Perhaps because it is an old place, the old parts are covered with sheets. The bathroom water tap is very old and makes a strange sound when you turn on the water. The location is great and easy to get to anywhere in Tokyo. Perhaps because it’s Koreatown, the Korean language at the desk is excellent. Service is soso We planned to stay for 2 nights, but the accommodation was different from our expectations, so we only stayed for 1 night. When I check out and leave in the morning, there is no greeting or word. Suitcases are stored outside in front of the counter. You have to be careful because the elevator doors close quickly.

Please do not waste your time/money on this place unless you really cannot afford anything else. Pros: The location is good. It's a 2 minute walk from either Okubo or Shin Okubo station which will get you wherever you need to go in Tokyo. It's in Korean town which may be good or bad depending on what type of experience you are looking for. The staff speak a variety of languages, English, Korean, and Japanese. Cons: The rooms are probably some of the worst hotel rooms I've ever seen in my life. The floors are covered in hair, dirt, and dust. The air conditioner is extremely dusty and produces an odd smell. People smoke right outside of it at night so it pulls all the smoke inside the room. The toilet is stained and looks to be at least 50-60 years old. The sink/shower are barely functional and quite stained/dirty. The beds are hard rock with the pillows essentially being a brick. The sheets and blankets feel like sandpaper and looked like they hadn't been washed. There's no outlets near the beds so if you want to plug in your phone you'll have to go across the room. There's also bugs here and there. The people who stay here are mostly foreigners and some have no common courtesy. People will be yelling, shouting, banging on the walls until 2am or later. I was woken up multiple nights by people yelling and screaming. Don't expect your towels, sheets, or blankets to be changed. We had to request each time we needed new stuff and they even said they would charge extra for the sheets to be replaced. Even the garbage they refused to take out of our room until we asked them. TLDR: The location is old and dirty but in a convenient spot. The people who run the establishment put in the bare minimum. Look at other business hotels before you book a room here.
