  A larger room than what is typical, but very dated and not the level of cleanliness I have come to expect in Japan. While not "dirty", the amount of dust under the desk and in every corner was a little off-putting. *** No air conditioning, it was like an oven, we had to open our windows. The front staff were lovely and very helpful. The level of one to one service is exceptional. So accommodating with non-Japanese speaking foreigners.

  Nice location. Good view in 10 floor restaurant for breakfast . 14:00 check in and 12:00 check out. A definitely fabulous business hotel in this area.

  The rooms are a good size and the hotel is a 5 minute walk from the station. Be careful because the station does get crowded around work hours. The breakfeast area is on the top floor which is nice because it overlooks the city.

  Room 722 ,it’s awful. Air conditioner doesn’t work,outside whether was cool but inside this room was hot like an oven. I try to open the window but it’s not help Ok I didn’t call the operator ‘cause I didn’t want to change my room in the midnight.

  Nice hotel with friedly staff, room large and well equipped. Sourrounding good, Close to station wirh good connection to Nagoya.
