  I really enjoyed the beautiful views of the city and the very comfortable room. Also, the room was very thoughtfully arranged, with everything necessary for a relaxing stay. The only improvement I might suggest, is that the set point for the thermostat be adjusted. It was automatically set for 75 degrees. This seemed a bit too warm. However, it is very easy to readjust the temperature, so not a problem. Thanks to all of your kind staff!

  This hotel was a unique experience. We never wanted for anything, loved our gorgeous view of the city, and appreciated the friendly staff. I've never encountered such an effortless, luxurious experience like this for this price. Would highly recommend!

  Second time in the hotel. I stayed three years ago and a few things have changed for good. The reception and café are now better organized and look nicer! And all the coffee/restaurant area has been completely overhauled and it now looks even better. My room was fantastic with an Echo Spot in the room, it was great! I have one at home and it's a great gadget! Breakfast was even better than three years ago! By the way, the small shop, just beside the elevators that go up to the rooms is very handy and has tons of useful things, some food and drinks! I will definitely return next year!!!

  This has been my hotel every time I come to Tokyo. It offers simplicity at its best. Cleanliness, Friendliness, Courteousness, Location, Accessibility... and a lot more to make a tourist life's easy whether you travel for business or for pleasure. Whether you are with your business colleagues, friends or family with small children. Elegant but simple. Would not be asking for more.

  Staff is excellent and so helpful. We accidentally left a camera in our arrival cab and a gentleman at the front desk jumped right in and helped us contact the cab driver and we had our camera back later that evening. The rooms are comfortable and have every amenity we could want. Our view was spectacular. The rooms are also very quiet. We overlooked the train tracks and never heard a peep. Good restaurants too. Location so convenient. We felt very lucky to find such a perfect hotel for our first trip to Tokyo!
