  Bad customer service and staff here are not willing to help you at all! Even though there are not many options in Takanabe, I wouldn't recommend to stay here. Go stay somewhere in Miyazaki city or Shikitei in Takanabe.

  Nice business hotel, pretty new. 2 restaurants are at first floor. 4 stars because bed is really hard...
