::I was very pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Yes, the rooms are on the smaller side, but they’re perfectly equipped and very comfortable. The hotel itself is beautiful and clean, the staff are super friendly, and the location is opposite a station linking you to all of Osaka. The breakfast is outstanding and very reasonable for the quality and variety on offer. One disappointing element is the gym. When you book online, the fitness centre is listed in the hotel amenities. In fact, this is separate from the hotel and you need to pay 1,000yen to use it.

::Aircon was non existent, so only reason room was marked down. Room was lovely and clean, tidy. Breakfast was beautiful and well laid out, Labels in English so you know what everything is, and all very tasty! Very central, lift to 2nd floor takes you to the bridge over to train station( 2 min walk) Definitely would stay again

::Nice location, easy to access to the station, close to convenient store, restaurants and 100yen shop. The staffs are very kind and the room is not bad, but a little bit noisy in the evening because of the train.

::My stay here was average at best. The rooms were very clean but unfortunately not up to modern standards. The AC in my room was broken and it seems in most of the other rooms too because there is a sign saying you can request a portable climate unit at the reception counter if your AC is broken. The walls were thin and I was close to the elevator so I heard everyone getting up and making noise early in the morning. Room cleaning was also (in my opinion) too early. They cleaned rooms between 9AM and 11AM which is just after breakfast when most people are in their rooms. On the topic of breakfast, it was okay-ish. Not a lot of western options other than bread, fruits and one sort of cheese. I was really looking forward to some scrambled egg and was surprised that they didn‘t have any. But for some ridiculous reason there‘s a soft-ice machine at the breakfast buffet with lots of different toppings which kind of made up for the lack of scrambled eggs. Facility-wise the hotel was okay too, they had a small gym on the second floor which you have to pay extra for as it‘s not part of the hotel itself. There‘s a coin laundry on the first floor (also not part of the hotel) and it was quite expensive. Unfortunately there was no public bath or sauna which would‘ve been nice at that price point. The location is pretty bad too, even tho it‘s right next to a train station it takes almost half an hour to get to downtown Osaka and there is a very confusing transfer on the way there. I spent quite a bit more for what I thought would be a nice hotel but was pretty disappointed. Not worth it, value for money is pretty bad.

::Good value. Excellent staff - very hard working and helpful. The room was fine. The food in the Hawaiian Buffet was a disappointment. In their defense, it was the middle of summer, and they had the air conditioner going full blast, so the food got kind of dried out and cold. The breakfast was not great, but reasonably good, given the relatively low price.
