  It was reasonably priced and in a great location right in front of Harimaya Bridge! All-you-can-drink welcome drink, At check-out, the staff politely sent me out with Kochi cookies.

  I think the location is good. Harimaya Bridge is also nearby. There are two parking lots, as shown in the photo. This is guided on the hotel's official page. The service from the staff was also very good. Drinks such as coffee are available for free on the first floor. The room is a little old. The shower curtain also had mold growing on it, so the cleanliness was negative. Shower water pressure is weak. The installed hair dryer also has very low airflow. The biggest problem was that the air conditioner in the room didn't work at all. I used a handy fan in my room for the first time. Even with the air conditioner on the highest setting, the room did not cool down and I woke up many times in the middle of the night because of the heat. I felt very disappointed, even though the staff were very kind. The washer and dryer are on the 6th floor, but it's also quite hot here. There was a fan working in front of the elevator. I thought it must be difficult for the people cleaning here.

  DO NOT STAY IN SUMMER. Rooms have no air-conditioner!! Our room was unbearable. Couldn’t sleep. Staff tried to help but other than providing a fan, they could do nothing. Staff were lovely so gave one point. It’s possible to stay in winter so gave one point. However not having an air conditioner in 2023 is absolutely unacceptable.

  The rooms are small and the toilets are really really small, with the view. With air conditioning having a bit of rust, the windows are quite small and there isn't much of a view. Only stayed one night, did its job but would prefer a more comfortable experience perhaps
