::We spent 2 nights at the Tower in mid Oct. The room was too warm, only centralized heating during night time. We expressed our concerns, an electrical fan was sent to our room. We were that’s all they could do. Will never stay there again.

::Terrible air conditioning system and not all of staffs can communicate in English. All of our friends feels so hot in the evening as the air conditioning is controlled by the Central system , which unable to turn down its temperature in October. The responsive staffs bringing in the fan adds one star in the scoring. Views in the visitors lounge is amazing. Suggested to add some signages/ information for hotel guests who would like to have a short hike inside the hotel area.

::This is an awesome resort. Lots of restaurants & other amenities. You will be served with free drinks, lollies & wine upon your arrival. There are many places to explore within the resort complex. The room we've stayed in is located on the 25th Floor & the view is fantastic. Guests sleep on mattresses. Amenities all worked well. Staff were pleasant & friendly. I was enjoying my coffee on the hotel porch when the staff offered to clear my rubbish. I'm happy with my stay here.

::Okay resort. Maybe we came during peak period but wait for the food could take up till an hour. A lot of walking and not stroller/elderly friendly at all. No room service and limited food options. You either need to buy at the restaurants which have very limited seating or walk very far to a buffet restaurant that is huge. Even the lifts are working at max capacity. If you stay high floors, expect to wait very long

::Stayed there for 1 night. It appears that the interior of the room lacked maintenance. Some staff wasn’t friendly. The location was distant from major attractions in Hokkaido. It is not a pity of your life if you skip this hotel in Hokkaido. The check-in staff were nice but the activity reservation staff were very rude. They mocked me when I declined the offered reservation time slot. This was very impolite.
