::We had a wonderful stay at the Hoshino hotel. Everyone was very kind, professional and welcoming. The room was amazingly beautiful, clean, fresh and comfortable. The dinner and breakfast were very good and were deliciously prepared and artistically presented. The onsen was clean, enjoyable and refreshing. We loved our stay and all the staff.

::This hotel is truly a hidden gem, with exceptional on-stage performances. It's one of the best shows I've seen in a long time, making it a standout feature of my stay. The accommodations are equally impressive. My room was spacious and comfortable, featuring a large wooden onsen bath. The dining experience is not to be overlooked. The restaurant's buffet offers an array of high-quality options with plenty of choices to satisfy any palate. A personal favorite was the garlic tempura, which I found particularly delicious. Bravo to the performers on stage, who I believe are among the staff members.

::Amazing place to stay! It is on the pricier side but the perks make it all worth it. The rooms are beautifully designed, very clean and spacious. The staff here are very nice! They helped us unload our car, and our front desk staff that checked us in spoke english very well. The hot springs were divine! The one in the building has an outdoor onsen where you can view lanterns which was so magical. The hotspring that was a walk from the building was also very quaint and i loved that they had an outdoor seating area with kotatsu - lovely to be under the warm blanket after a bath. The buffet dinner and breakfast were both fantastic! Produce, seafood, meat were all very fresh. You has assortments of dons, grilled skewers and seafood, soups, sashimi, dessert and drinks. The hotel has a lively communal area where there’s the gift shop, open bar, performance stage and scallop fishing activity. You could also take a little tour around the grounds during the day on a carriage but we only stayed for one night so didnt get the chance, though strolling around the grounds is also very relaxing. Its only about a 30-40minute slow-paced walk and there’s even a foot bath on the route to soak your feet after your walk. The hotel is around 1.5hrs drive from Shin-Aomori station. Would love to come back here again!

::Lovely resort with very professional staff, especially at the front desk. The rooms were big, clean and nicely furnished. The outside onsen was beautiful with an amazing view. I love how they used the local glass making company products to decorate the bath with lights, and even serve food. I only wish the show (which we enjoyed) had enough seats to accommodate everyone staying at the resort and was offered at no additional cost, considering the already very high price of the stay. I also think the staff at the izakaya could answer a little more professionally to requests as when we asked for water we were just told to help ourselves at the machine. When we pay that much money for a resort and food, I believe we are entitled to expect table-service. Lots of areas and services close early, such as the gaming station, apple juice tap, yukata rental and massages. I think they could last a little longer.
