::``Hoshino Coffee'' is a coffee shop founded by Masanori Hoshino, the representative of Doutor Co., Ltd. and Nippon Res Holdings, and has expanded nationwide. The Fukuoka Shime store is located near Aeon Mall Fukuoka and is busy, but there is room for improvement in the service and quality of the food. They were particularly dissatisfied with the staff's response and the quality of the food. I ordered the standard ``Hoshino Spaghetti'' and the autumn recommended ``Porcini Cream with 3 Kinds of Mushrooms and Bacon'', but neither was delicious. In particular, the quality of the latter is similar to that of a retort product, so this may be an issue with the cooking staff. Since this is a large group that operates nationwide, I would like them to improve and create stores that put customers first. They get good reviews for their coffee, but they may need to reconsider their other menu items.

::The staff is nice and the food is good. The menu is kind of small, because it's a cafe and not a restaurant. Even so, there is a large drink selection, including lots of coffee choices. This is a good place to come, if you want super thick Japanese pancakes. However, they take 20 minutes to make, so keep that in mind. The main dining area is right next to the smoking area, which is disgusting! But, there is a "sunroom", with couches and a more casual atmosphere that is very nice.
