::The receptionist refused to admit me into the cleaning room because I didn’t bring the appointment card although I was told previously by another receptionist that as long as I provide my customer number they don’t need my card. The dentist also came out to tell me that the appointment card is necessary. This is the first time I have heard of such rule. Anyway my teeth is sensitive and it hurt when they did the cleaning. They also charge super expensive prices compared to other dentists I went to before with better services and cleaning techniques. I will not go back to such a bad customer service place who does not respect customers.
