  Amazing for the price. Breakfast was great, rooms were amazing. It is quite far from the city but overall great experience. Lost my Apple Watch tho

  We stayed in a cottage for two nights. There were two bedrooms upstairs and Japanese style tatami beds downstairs. The cottage was really cozy and has a large fridge as well as a fully stocked kitchen. Some complaints I have about the cabin is that the steps leading to the second floor are really steep so if you have difficulty climbing stairs this might be an issue, and the cabin has really poor insulation on the first floor so it's really cold down there, but for some reason the second floor is too warm. Our room came with half board meal - so we got both breakfast and dinner - and this is where this hotel really shines and I think made this stay really memorable. Dinner was a 5 course meal with A4 wagyu steak on the first night and Ezo deer on the second night. Each course for both nights were excellent was tasty, we were so full after the meal. Breakfast was a fairly decent affair, and the eggs were the highlight, really creamy and smooth scrambled eggs. We came during winter so it was really empty, and we only saw another group staying at the same time as us, but definitely was a cool experience staying in a cabin isolating from the world for a bit. It was a great break for us in the middle of the trip after visiting many places with lots of poeple. The surrounding area of our cabin is really dark so you can see lots of stars at night!

  Stayed a few days in a cottage, rooms are as advertised. Perfect for families. Staff was very kind and provided excellent service. I saw some people complain about a few insects but I think you should expect that staying in a forest.
