::Location is great, right next to Dontonburi. With everything you need. The famous glico man is 2 minutes walk. Front desk manager was half asleep. Assigned us to a room with 3 beds. It's 2 adults and 1 five year old child. Requested for a change because it doesn't make sense and we cant fit a pram with 2 luggage. We booked 3 rooms and requested for a connecting room. He just behaved like he tried and didn't bother explaining why. He just said, "cannot, don't have." Zzz Room is very trashy. Mouldly curtains and musky room. Ironing board smelled like mould. 20 year old mattress. Take a look at the photos. Please refresh your carpets, buy new beds, new curtains and lights. This is a disgrace to the IHG brand... and for the price, it's really not worth it man...

::Stayed there for 3 nights from June 2 to 5th. The room has a good location such that it is very near to dotonbori, literally just cross a bridge and you would have arrived. The downside is that being in such proximity to such attractions means the streets in the morning will be pretty dirty. The hotel is okay and is small. One bad thing that happen during my stay is the WiFi connection, it's either switched off or it's blatantly slow. Other than that, the room is clean and ok.

::Very satisfied with my stay here for 3 days, 2A1C(6 yr old). The room was clean, 3 single bed was given, my boy love it, walk way could be a little tight but we are ok. Bathtub in the room, kids love it, good to soak in hot water too after a hectic shopping day! It’s just right behind don don donki and the famous river, 3mins walk. Glico man signage is 5mins walk. About 10mins walk from train station, if rainy day or with bulky luggage, recommend a taxi ride as it’s really a crowded area. Personally like it, very convenient to just walk down for food and sightseeing, and shopping. Could just buy and dump in the room then go down again. We took the bus(booked from Klook) to universal studio, the pick up point is 10mins away only, didn’t have the hotel breakfast, bought coffee and onigiri from 7-11 or Lawson along the way to waiting bus area. Wifi signal is weak, prefer using own. Umbrella are available at the lobby. Microwave at the lobby too, so if you choose to buy food from convenient shop, can make use of that. Money changer at the lobby too. No laundry machine in the hotel, there are a shop about 10mins away if you wish to use that(only 2 washer, your luck, 24 hours). May also try using other hotel laundry machine since it’s self help. Staff speak good English and very helpful, she helps us to book taxi. So if you have question, they would be happy to help.

::The hotel had professional and friendly staff. I asked for a recommended restaurant, and it turned out to be one of our favorites of the trip. The rooms were always clean, and the location is very close to shopping and lots of restaurants. A small downside is that it's a good 9-minute walk to the train station, so we had to take a cab sometimes. Overall, the experience was positive.

::I have stayed here several times so it was nice seeing many familiar faces. Its a great location for food, shopping and nightlife. Their restaurant also has delicious food and drinks. There is a 7 eleven near by and other convenient stores. They also have money changing machine inside and the convenience store also has on corner. Some things could be improved. But it was overall an excellent stay.
