It was very unpleasant to see a female employee with a haircut that showed off her forehead speak louder than necessary and in an urgent tone when dealing with a confused-looking elderly customer. Even when I was paying the bill, he never looked at me, and I noticed some annoying language and behavior (such as smug mouthing).
