  The customer service at the counter is so bad. It seems that they are not conscious of the fact that they are choosing from among a large number of financial institutions, wondering how to collect usage fees from customers because they cannot make profits through normal business operations alone. Prioritizing only setting fees more and more is leading to a decline in service. I wish there were no counter staff and only ATMs.
