::Clerk A (the person who seemed to be giving instructions and not sitting at the counter) had the worst customer service. I went there to get my tax refund, but was told that it couldn't be processed because I had changed my last name. Hokkaido Bank also does name changes, but they say you can't do that unless you bring an extract of your family register. Well, that's fine, but I was asked to wait while the cancellation was processed, so I had to wait for 15 minutes (;`Д´) I wanted to get back quickly, so I said, ``Please make copies of the things I need and return them,'' but I was told, ``Please wait.'' Even if you ask "Why?", "Please wait." In the end, I made a copy and the young clerk at the counter said, ``Sorry to have kept you waiting.'' Huh? Mr. A never says something like, "Sorry for keeping you waiting." He looked cool inside. What made you wait? Thanks to all of you, I wasn't able to make it in time for the afternoon start. . . If I had money, I would never go to such an arrogant bank, but it's hard for poor people. . .
