  When I went to create a new account, I was turned down, probably because I was judged based on my appearance. I've never heard of a bank refusing a savings account. If the counter is the counter, and the boss is the boss, this is the worst bank that I will never go to or use again. I was able to open a new account at the nearby North Pacific Bank without any problems. It really bothered me to the point where I wanted to spit when I passed by. Hokuriku Bank should go bankrupt!
