  I used it because I wanted to open an account for a newly established corporation. Both the branch manager and the staff at the counter were very nice to me, and I started to like Hokkaido Bank even more. Up until now, I have talked with people at various financial institutions in Hokkaido, and this seems to be by far the best option for transactions with peace of mind.   This bank is right after leaving Soen Station. There is also a Homac across the street, which I think is easy to use. Aeon is also just a short walk away.

  In the past, when I searched for a "Dogakuin ATM" near Soen Station, I only found the ATM corner in East Plaza (which has been removed) or in Aeon, and when one person occupied the corner, I used to spend lunch breaks at work in suspense while looking at the clock. . Since the opening, I have been able to take my time and finish my errands even if I come after having lunch, which is very convenient.
