  There were three bank employees. (1 man, 1 elderly woman, 1 woman with long hair) I was the only customer, and when I entered the bank, there were three of us working together. Even when they noticed me, all three of them ignored me, saying ``Welcome'' and ``Sorry to have kept you waiting.'' This is what banks are like now. You're looking at people and serving customers. I was disappointed.

  Maybe it can't be helped because it's a rural area, but personally I thought it would be easier to use if there were fewer ATMs and the business hours were longer. Occasionally, when I was in a hurry, an elderly person would have trouble operating the machine and would try to ask other customers, so I got anxious because I didn't have time. If you see someone like that, it would be helpful if you could take the initiative and lend a hand. At other stores, I've seen people lending a hand by saying things like "Are you in trouble?" or "Can I help you?"
