::Higashiyamato City, Tokyo [Seibu Line, Higashiyamato City Station] The character of the landlady is cute! ! ▪️Katsu curry・1000 yen I came here once a long time ago, so I remembered it and visited. nostalgic. Have you eaten cutlet curry before? It certainly looked like this! This one is quite delicious. The cutlet is freshly fried and piping hot! Quite thick and voluminous! The curry looks sweet at first glance It's really spicy. It's rich and the spiciness comes later! Lots of onions are also good! And with that The landlady is a really nice person. It's so cute! I want to go see the landlady again soon! (о´∀`о)

::Kakikomi after a long time I was working hard on my in-house work, and I was turning into a zombie due to the extreme heat and the extra work. I went out for the first time in a while to do some one-off work, and I happened to come across you at a Seven Seven store and went to see you. This is a Showa era Chinese restaurant that has been completely left behind. It's a bit of a big box, all tables are seated, and the menu has a lot of flavors, but even though it's peak time, it's completely reserved and has a lonely atmosphere. The saving grace is that the granny, who seems to be the owner's companion, kindly serves customers. It's extremely hot today, so I decided to skip the ramen and choose the levanilla set meal to build up my stamina. The levanilla is generous and the vegetables are crisp, but the liver is small and the seasoning is unfortunately a little bland and bland. The rice is also served in a small bowl, so if you are a big eater, you will need a large serving. What I would like to particularly mention is the miso soup, which had a lot of toppings and a very good taste. While I was eating, there were many orders that seemed to be delivered, but I really want to eat inside at a restaurant like this.

::I had “meat soba” and “gyoza”! A town Chinese restaurant that retains the atmosphere of the Showa era. “Niku Soba” is full of meat and vegetables! The soup has a gentle soy sauce base. The noodles were thin and matched well with the soup. The ``gyoza'' is grilled and has a nice aroma. It's nice to have a large menu. I'll come back later!

::I get the impression that it's a restaurant that's suitable for everyday use, with a wide variety of menu items (even though it's a Chinese restaurant, they have Hana-don and Beijing rice, which I'm curious about) so you won't get tired of going there. So, I ordered omelet rice. The juicy ketchup rice may be made with ramen soup or something like that, and it has such a delicious flavor. The acidity isn't too strong, so the ketchup on top brings out the flavor balance and goodness. Although the eggs are lightly fried, they are fairly thick and have a strong presence. The ingredients are chicken and onions, which is a decent amount. In particular, the crunchy coarsely chopped onions are a great accent. The heat is good without making you feel any spiciness (`・∀・´) The Chinese soup is light and the noodles look interesting. in, Something like Takana... this is different (`・ω・´) Takuan and shiso? Bitter melon? Is it pickles? It goes well with the gentle flavor of omelette, but it goes even better with white rice\(//∇//)\ Although it is difficult to recommend it to people who are looking for a rich flavor, The acidity is controlled and the umami is not overdone. But it wasn't because of the bland taste; it was a gentle-tasting omelet. I was also impressed by the host's gentle customer service, I guess it's your mother, she's very friendly. I was able to leave the store with a relaxed feeling.

::2021/01/11 Higashiyamato City cooperates with paypay I was offering a 30% point return, so I came to eat the fried levanilla set meal for 930 yen. 2020/12/08 I came here to eat the fried levanilla set meal. It was delicious. It's no wonder that guests order without even looking at the menu. 2020/12/01 I came here to eat Beijing rice. I'm sure everyone is raising the bar. So were we. When I ordered Beijing rice, the old lady said, "It's delicious, so please try it." Our faces are close (^^; I ordered it, so I'm going to eat it all. Unique response as always. Now, Beijing rice has arrived, and the bar has been set too high. Is delicious. It is usually delicious. But to be honest, I don't think it's beyond the scope of a meal. I like onions so it's fine, but compared to other vegetables Is it a large percentage? personally, I think there should be a little more rice, It's good if the flavor is strong. I feel like if I can arrange it in a delicious way, I can make something good. Next time I want to try stir-fried levanilla. 2020/08/26 This is my first visit. Chinese restaurant in town. It is helpful that there is a parking lot. Behind the 7-Eleven a little ahead, Two spaces in the area right next to the entrance. (The landmark is a yellow pylon) Tanmen 700 yen, curry ramen 700 yen for companion Auntie is unique. When ordering tanmen "It's tanmen, right? It's tanmen, right?" I thought there would be about three tanmen. Curry ramen is not just curry and ramen. It's not curry and ramen. ” I think curry and ramen will come out (^^; The tanmen was a little discolored, but it was delicious. By the way, my auntie advised me that I like to add chili oil and vinegar to tanmen. I tried it later and the taste changed and it's even better. Other people have also written about the menu, but I was curious about it. "Beijing rice". When I searched for it, this store came up at the top, so when I was checking out, I asked my auntie's son-in-law (I'm just imagining this), and he said, It seems that the cook who used to work at this restaurant in the past was the one who worked at Peking-tei in Tachikawa (now closed), and that person was the one who made it. It seems to be a side dish of rice with onions and other vegetables stir-fried with eggs. He laughed and said that sometimes there were people who came from far away to eat, and he didn't want to raise the bar for them. Next time, I'll make Beijing rice.
