I have no complaints about the customer service at the counter, but it was discovered that the magnetism on my cash card had deteriorated over time and was no longer readable, and I was told that I would need 2,200 yen to have the card reissued. If it's a magnetic defect, I'd like it to be replaced for free, and the price seems expensive. My only impression is that various places are slightly inconvenient.
