::About outpatient clinic I regularly see a gastroenterologist. I make a reservation every time I go, but I often have to wait at least an hour. Maybe it can't be helped because he's a polite doctor, but considering the amount of time he spends per patient, I think he crammed too many people into the original reservation slot. The facilities are very clean and it is helpful that there is free Wi-Fi within the hospital. Payment is done by machine, so it's fast and easy. About hospitalization I was hospitalized for one night to have a large colon polyp removed. The hallways, common areas, and multi-bed patient rooms were clean. However, there are fewer toilets than hospital beds. I took a laxative in preparation for the colon exam and went to the bathroom to recover, but I was reluctant to use it for a long time. I think the nurses took good care of me, but I was left alone for a long time, and I didn't know when it was okay to change into night clothes...I wanted an explanation. Well, I guess that's what happened since I was hospitalized for testing.

The waiting time itself felt very long, but when you look at it in total, it's a general hospital, so it's like that. The receptionists were not polite or had bad attitudes, but were average. I had a good impression of the female doctor, but when I told the male doctor that I wanted to undergo surgery, he ignored me and made fun of me, so I had to schedule the surgery at a later date. It's not that he has a bad arm, but he seems reluctant to undergo surgery. I don't particularly care about other people's sloppy behavior because I put myself first, but other people may find it unpleasant.
