  The lady with a bobbed hair at the general reception desk was quite unpleasant. Looking at the reviews, it seems like there are many other people with bad attitudes. Something is wrong. Don't you have any intention of improving?

  I feel like there are a lot of bad reviews, but when I visited for the first time, my impression was very positive. When I was looking around in the store because I didn't know where to pick up the number plate, they kindly guided me, and they also responded kindly and politely to my actual requirements.

  Was forced to write my name in Japanese despite knowing little to no Japanese 😂 the ATMs are all in Japanese,& not a single bank worker speaks English
