  When I prepared the paperwork for the procedure as told by a young male bank employee at the counter and brought it in later, another bank employee told me that it was written in the wrong way. Even though I told them that I had prepared it as I asked, they didn't accept it and I had to do it twice. I may have misunderstood, but instead of verbally showing how to write documents, etc., I would like them to prepare examples of how to write documents and hand them over in a way that is error-free.

  It merged with the Misuzugaoka branch... The store is too small to be merged. The lighting is also dark... I didn't think the bank employee I was dealing with was very pleasant. I had something to do at the Yawata branch and went all the way from far away, but the response was disappointing. I won't go there though.

  I was interrupted because the ATM line was not organized at all. The attitude of the staff is bad and I will never go there again! !

  I went at noon, but I didn't know there was a lunch break... Business started at 12:30.
