  I couldn't read my passbook, so when I asked for a new one, I was given back a bag to put my passbook in and a passbook that couldn't be read. I asked them to change it, but I was told twice that it would cost 2,200 yen to reissue it.

  I lost my passbook and it took 50 minutes to reissue it. I don't understand why it's taking so long. Plus, it costs a little over 2,000 yen to reissue it. If you're going to make customers wait, I'd like them to give you a good reason.

  To conserve power on weekends and holidays, the middle of the three ATMs is shut down. Even if it's written in small letters on the top, it's hard to read. I think it would take a lot of time and effort, but wouldn't it be easier to understand if there was a paper posted on the operation panel?

  From 11:30 to 12:30, the shutters in one section are down during the lunch break, and the counters and money exchange machines cannot be used. ATMs can be used. That's a little inconvenient.
