  I had already checked in for the department and was waiting, but I wasn't called even after the scheduled time for more than 2 hours, so when I went to check, I was told that it was busy and that it would be soon. I thought it was strange that the people who came after me left one after another, but I was immediately called to the examination room and the doctor apologized and said it was my mistake. Why did the receptionist come up with an excuse to cover up their own mistake?I was very unhappy.

  I was admitted to the gynecology department and underwent surgery, and all the doctors (4 of them) carefully explained anything I didn't understand, and the nurses who took care of me were reliable. When I went to the outpatient clinic for follow-up, the receptionists and nurses were all kind and polite. I had been going to a general hospital outside of the city for many years, but the service was so sloppy that I was worried about having surgery there, so after asking many times, I was finally given a letter of introduction. Even though it's a benign tumor, I will be under general anesthesia and a scalpel will be inserted into my body, so I'm really glad I chose to have the surgery done by a doctor I felt comfortable with. However, the female anesthesiologist talked so fast that it was difficult to understand her, and I was a little worried about her intimidating atmosphere, where she didn't give me time to ask questions, so I gave her a minus 1.

  My grandmother is hospitalized with heart failure, so I rarely come to see her, but I feel safe. The doctor's explanations of my condition and treatment plan were thorough and easy to understand, so I could trust them, and the staff were also kind and considerate, which helped me a lot.   i had surgery here and as a foreigner, i felt comfortable and cared for. The doctors and nurses were great. They even had a dictionary to help with translation.even though they spoke great english. I loved the services offered.
