  My Japan Post card wasn't working properly, so I went to Arakawa, but they just turned me away and didn't do anything, so I asked them to take a look at it here, and they tried to see if they could fix it with a machine. For card-related issues, it seems better to come to this post office. The only drawback is that there are only two parking spaces and the road is narrow.

  I use it to use the ATM, but the road in front of it is narrow and has a lot of traffic, so it's difficult to pass each other. The parking lot is also small, so we recommend using a two-wheeled vehicle.
