::I went there at the invitation of a friend. I was nervous at first, but the food and staff were wonderful. I'm glad that the first soft-shelled turtle I ate was at Hyotei. This is a store I would definitely like to visit again.

::I ate soft-shelled turtle for the first time after a friend asked me to eat it😊 I was worried that I wouldn't be able to eat the soft-shelled turtle, but it didn't have any smell and was very delicious and easy to eat (*^^*) No different from regular meat👀 Most of all, all the staff members were polite and noticed right away, which was wonderful 🤩 Their hospitality was amazing ❇️ I wanted to work at a place like this (*^^*) Careful explanation of each dish! ️We are particular about every ingredient, so we would like everyone to know the goodness of soft-shelled turtle 🎵We want everyone to know how wonderful the owner is (*^^*) The landlady was also a lovely and lovely person ♥️ The landlady's homemade sweets are also delicious, so be sure to try them! ️ I thought it would be a bit difficult to enter as it said that reservations were required, but inside there are private rooms and a nice atmosphere. It was a very cozy space and I entered at 5pm, but when I realized it was already past 8pm (*´艸｀) Soft-shelled turtles are good for the body and full of collagen (*^^*) If you want to try soft-shelled turtles, please try this restaurant 😋😋

::I happened to see the migratory crab course on TV and wanted to go, so I looked it up and found out that the restaurant that was featured on TV is closed on Sundays. Disappointed, I looked into it further and found out that the affiliated store is open on Sundays! When I contacted them, they said that the night would be reserved for them, but they said I could go during the day, so that's it! and Go! It was my first time to see such a large migratory crab. Since it was lunch, I thought I might not be able to eat that much, but everything was so delicious that I enjoyed the porridge and dessert. The couple had great customer service and it was worth coming all the way to Himeji just for this. I'm satisfied with the price. I would love to visit you again. I passed by the very elegant store lol P.S. This was my first time at a store that had such a wide selection of toiletries.

::[Highly recommended famous restaurant] A soft-shelled turtle dish that you don't usually get a chance to eat. It was a memorable experience in a good way. The customer service and the taste are absolutely wonderful. The shark fin sake was also said to have a taste that couldn't be compared to other stores, so luckily for me, as a beginner, my standards were higher. I think it's wonderful not only to have entertainment, but also to come with your family, in the sense that you're going to be able to enjoy the life of a soft-shelled turtle. Hearing the story of how they built a fish tank and improved their services during the coronavirus pandemic, I was able to feel the strength of this well-known restaurant that has been around for over 100 years. I'll come again, thank you for the meal!

::This is a high-class shop located in the shopping district of Nishi Nikai-cho (^^) I used it at a year-end party! Considering the price, I guess you can only use it at times like this (￣▽￣;) As soon as you enter, the space feels luxurious, dark and shiny! I was surprised to see that the toilet amenities had warmers and turmeric! ! I had a course meal of soft-shelled turtle, and the taste was elegant and seemed like it would be full of energy! It didn't feel like eating a lot, so I guess it didn't suit me (lol) I got the blood and bile of a soft-shelled turtle and it was amazing (￣ー￣)! ! The landlady and the owner seemed to be eating it every day, and they looked so young that they didn't look like they were in their fifties, so I thought it must be the effect of the soft-shelled turtle (^^) He was friendly and I felt close to him (*´ー｀*) My bosses were having beef sukiyaki and fugu hotpot, so it looks like they have other menu items besides soft-shelled turtle! ! I thought I would like to go again once I earn money (^^)
