  The doctor in charge is very kind and nice, but the wait for the bill is long and tiring. Even worse, the receptionist's attitude is the worst. Just looking at that face makes me feel sick.

  The person at the reception has a bad attitude. I suffer from depression, but when I hear something, I often get angry and say "Enough is enough". I wish I could just get the medicine, but every time I see that receptionist's face, I get angry.

  It's always quick until I'm called to the doctor's appointment, but the wait time for the checkout after the doctor's appointment is many times longer! I can hear the office lady's loud laughter coming from the back, which makes me even more angry and makes me worry about when I'll be able to go home!
