::Awesome 5day stay in this hospital. Had a smooth normal epidural delivery, accommodating and friendly staff, I have 0 nihonggo knowledge and midwife Yoriko-san truly helped me from the start of my pregnancy journey till my delivery in translating/explaining japanese to English from my OB-Gyne and Pediatrics for the baby. Food is excellent as well.

::Even though this hospital was a good place to give birth, I was disappointed in Dr. H when I visited the obstetrics and gynecology department for the first time in a while. I was worried because my period was late, but she laughed in a strong tone, and at the beginning, even though I wasn't even talking about it, she said, There's no way you're pregnant, right? ! That's natural! ! I wondered why she had to be told this, even though she might be sick and I just wanted them to confirm that. I really hate the way he makes fun of people, and I don't want him to treat me again. Actually, as mentioned in past reviews, I had never been so angry with a doctor before, so I thought maybe my sensibilities were strange, but I was reassured that there were other people as well. No, I don't feel safe, I can't go to the obstetrics and gynecology department where people like this give me life... Most of the patients are worried about the unknown in medical care, so I'm shocked that a doctor would brush aside their concerns, or rather argue in a different way than the point at issue. I'd be really disappointed if I couldn't choose the doctor I wanted to go to when I gave birth, but I don't want to come here anymore.

::I gave birth at this maternity hospital a month ago. I gave it 5 stars because I had a very good birth. [Good points] ・Director Sensei and Juzotoki Sensei are very popular, and I can see why they are so good. He provides accurate medical care and answers any questions you may have. ・Dr. Terada, who is in charge of the postpartum checkup, is also very active. They will happily assist you with family planning consultations without any hesitation. ・The maternity hospital is very clean and has completely private rooms. ・Although I am a multiparous woman, she kindly allowed me to have a separate room for mother and baby, so I was able to really relax after giving birth. It was really good because having a mother and child in the same room is hell. -The quality of the midwives is very high. ・Checkout is smooth with automatic payment machines. ・We provide a parking ticket service, so there is no problem even if you have to wait a long time. [Where we can improve] ・I was a multiparous woman, so it was fine, but I thought the breastfeeding guidance was a little lenient for a first-time mother. It's easier to get breastfeeding back on track if you give Spartan education in the nursing room, so it may be a little unsatisfactory for first-time mothers. ・Many midwives in the neonatal room are very aggressive, so if it's your first birth and you want to be treated politely, you may feel a little uncomfortable. I was a multiparous woman, so we were very compatible. ・The rice was luxurious, but the taste was bland despite the large amount, so I ended up having leftovers every time. Taste depends on personal preference, so it varies from person to person. ・As mentioned in other people's reviews, there is always a wait for popular doctors. I don't think it bothers me too much because I think you have to wait at the hospital, but even if you make a reservation, you'll have to wait up to 2 hours (including billing). If you have severe morning sickness, it may be difficult, so it may be better to take care of it on your own, such as parking your car outside and waiting until just before the doctor's appointment.

::Had a really good experience delivering my baby at this hospital. My Japanese is very beginner level but the hospital has two midwives who speak English who helped me, and Dr. Satomi also speaks some English. Having reserved painless delivery in advance, I was able to get an epidural even though I came to the hospital in labor during the wee hours of the morning. During my 5-day stay after the delivery, I was in a clean, quiet private room (I believe all the rooms for post-natal mothers are private). The hospital food is very good, and I was grateful for the kind and accommodating staff.

::The staff is so helpful and supporting. They help translating into English when visiting a Japanese speaking doctor. In all, a very positive experience.
