::Right next to the north exit rotary, this is also a great place to eat and drink after the last train. It has a distinctive circular exterior and a semi-circular interior layout, and although it's not very large, the high ceilings give it an open feel. Stir-fried chive liver (570 yen) Liver, chives, bean sprouts, carrots, simple but with a good amount of chives, just the right amount of seasoning. The liver has been pre-processed and is soft, and although there are some that have a bit of a taste, they are generally delicious and have no taste, and the portions are generous. 3 gyoza (160 yen) I guess the grilling is a little thin, and the skin might be closer to Manchuria. I think the Manchurian filling is delicious. It's 730 yen for 2 items. It's cheaper because it's 3 dumplings, and 860 yen for 6 pieces, but compared to Manchuria, Le Vanilla is Hidakaya, and gyoza is Manchurian, so the price is probably a little off. The business hours are long, the location is easy to access, and the prices are low, so it might be a good feeling.

::Since it was closer than my work site, I went to Hidakaya and had a large bowl of tanmen with lots of vegetables. I'm also grateful that I can get garlic for free.😄 At this cost performance, you can get vegetables, and it's a satisfying tanmen✨. I will repeat again.
HIKOTAROU SUZUKI
::Chinese restaurant in town It's a familiar chain store and it's right in front of the station, so it's always full. The menu is extensive and reasonably priced. There are also bento boxes and side dishes. I took the opportunity to get a take-out lunch box.

::Located opposite the rotary from the north exit of Kotesashi Station on the Seibu Ikebukuro Line (approx. 70m), this restaurant has an interesting semi-circular structure with table seating (counter seating available). Arrived at 8pm, 5 customers first, 5 customers later, not many because it's a holiday. For a limited time, order Omiya Dandanmen half fried rice set (880 yen), flavored egg (half price with coupon 50 yen), and fresh medium (330 yen → 290 yen). The name seems to come from Omiya, where Hidakaya originated. The soup has a bright red chili pepper flavor, and the impression is more similar to the winter classic jjigae miso ramen than tandan noodles. The fluffy eggs, chives, onions, and chopped zha cai mix well with the soup. It might be good to make porridge with the leftover soup. Thank you for the meal. I came to the store at 9pm for the first time in about 1 year and 8 months, and the store was quite crowded. Later customers continued to come to the store. I had stir-fried starburst for the purpose of drinking, but this was my first discovery on the menu! Store-limited (secret menu?) Stir-fried egg and wood ear mushroom (single item (470 yen), order raw (290 yen). Plenty of fried eggs that are not fluffy but hard, chunky chunks of wood ear mushrooms, chives, and onions. It doesn't contain pork or bean sprouts, but it's quite filling. It has a slightly spicy and strong flavor that goes well with rice. I regret not making it a set meal. This is a recommended item if you can find it only in stores. There are also stir-fried liver vegetables and stir-fried eggs and chives (set meal/single item) on the menu, so look forward to your next visit. Thank you for the meal.

::This place is cheap, with fairly large servings of good food. Not really fancy, just consistently good food at a very reasonable price. Also usually quite quick.
