::Fugu cuisine served at a girls' party! I'm looking forward to it as it's a dish that I rarely get. First I had the blowfish sashimi❗It was beautifully presented on a beautiful Japanese plate and I fell in love with it before I even ate it😳The ponzu sauce topped with red bean liver was also delicious! The beer was Shirahonoka from Sapporo, which I rarely had. 🍺The white ale is delicious~ The exquisite fried puffer fish flavored with soy sauce goes really well with this beer! Hot blowfish sake will get you excited. When the pot containing the jelly-like soup stock was placed on the gas stove, it got really exciting 👏 It was so delicious! The rice porridge was the best, and the soup from all the ingredients tasted really good ~ I was very satisfied ♥ I can't believe this is a 7,900 yen course. I can’t do it 😱 I will definitely go again ❗ Cold sake... it was delicious.

::It was reasonable and delicious. It's not just blowfish, but the condiments and homemade ponzu sauce are also delicious.

::The atmosphere is great with the tatami kotatsu seats! I was able to eat the tessa with liver ponzu sauce, and it went perfectly with Hirezake. I want to come again.

::Homemade ponzu sauce, tempura sauce, blended salt, plum vinegar, blowfish sashimi, blowfish tempura, and a fluffy rice porridge made by the landlady. It's very high quality. The store is not big, it's mostly tatami rooms, it's clean, and the prices are cheaper than the market price. This is a restaurant you would want to use on a special day.

::I came here for a family celebration. Kabuta Sen is only open from November to March every year, so when I can come with my family, I enjoy the course! The homemade ponzu sauce and condiments are delicious. The fillet sake continues to grow. It's not crowded, so it seems okay to go without a reservation. The course price is 7,000 yen per person, which is well worth the price. I recommend it!
