::This cafe is about a 7-minute walk from Hirosaki Station's Johashi exit. Speaking of the Hermitage, I often heard about it during the F1 Monaco GP, and it means a hideout in French. The atmosphere inside the store was very nice, and the omelet rice, doria, and coffee jelly parfait were all delicious. I would like to repeat it again. There are four parking spaces in total, two in tandem with a sign in front of the store.

::Omelet rice with crispy fried shrimp on top. Covered with plenty of white sauce There were also lots of shrimp in the chicken rice. The eggs were soft and delicious. Thank you for the meal😊

::I visited several times, but the parking lot was so crowded that I gave up. I’m glad I came 😀 There were so many menu items that I had a hard time deciding what to order 🤔 The omakase plate...it was very filling!! Under the meat, there was a serving of pasta for one person😲The special pasta also came with garlic toast...it was amazing...🥲 If the parfait has silk ice cream...I wish they would put silk ice cream instead of vanilla ice cream...

::Ordered the set menu. I ate cream pasta with mentaiko and yam for the first time. Everything was delicious. I received a drink service ticket at checkout. It's a pity that the parking lot isn't empty when it's crowded. I stopped at the paid P across the street.

You could choose between a demi-glace hamburger steak and a spicy hamburger steak. 1,180 yen including main dish, soup, salad, rice, and drink There was also a pasta lunch and an omelet rice lunch.
