However, many of the employees are Chinese, so they have difficulty listening when ordering, and the customer service is particularly poor. The food seems to be prepared one by one by the chef, and it takes quite a while from ordering to completion, so it might not be possible if you have limited time, such as during a lunch break. Tanmen is very delicious and as expected. The chimaki I ordered together was not too sweet and was a good accompaniment to the noodles. The half-fried rice I ordered to accompany it wasn't very tasty, so it seems like my Chinese cooking skills aren't very good. The dumplings were cheaper than the cheap dumplings at the supermarket and not very tasty. I don't really recommend the winter-only meat chive tanmen because the chives are raw and the miso flavor is added to disguise it. Spring vegetable tanmen is tomatoes, clams, peas, and garland chrysanthemums? It was delicious and contained. However, half of the leaves of the garland chrysanthemums were black, and there were vines of withered plants on them, making it look like a professional job. When I wrote that, he plucked all the leaves and brought them out. Even though the leaves are delicious, what are you thinking about shungiku that only has stems? Not worth the price.
