Even if the attending physician examines you, if you do not have a scheduled appointment, the person in charge of the initial examination will see you on that day.It's a shame. There are some part-time doctors who are only seen once a week, but even if they go out of their way to come on that day, there are some patients who get into trouble because they are told that they are the first-time doctor for non-reservations.

  The doctor who examined me was kind, but his telephone response was terrible. The first patient went to see a doctor and was told that it would be okay, but there was no specialist available, so he ended up having to go to another hospital again. The second person started talking even though I was talking, and even though he had something more to say, he was forced to end his conversation and hung up on me. I understand that you're busy, but don't you think you should be able to answer the phone properly because you can't see the person's face? I will never go there again.

  Thank you for your help for over 10 years. I think it can't be helped that the waiting time at the outpatient clinic is so long because there are so many diabetic patients. Both my attending physician and the young doctor who attended my hospital were very kind. I look forward to my monthly visits because the staff is courteous and I receive information about new treatments.
