  Around noon on Saturday, my 6-year-old son started crying and said, ``My tooth hurts,'' so I hurriedly called him and had him see a doctor. It was my first visit to the dentist, so I might have caused some inconvenience, but the staff, from the receptionist to the staff who treated me, took into account that it was my first time seeing a dentist. I am really grateful that you treated me so kindly. My son is not in pain or crying and is looking forward to his next doctor's appointment. I'm really thankful to you.
