::About 20 years ago, I made an appointment, but I had to wait for more than 2 hours without any explanation.When I finally got my teeth examined, the receptionist said, ``I hope I don't have to wait for my next appointment...'' When I went there the next day, I was taken to the director's office and told, ``If you are dissatisfied with our method, please go to another dentist.'' When I said, ``I don't like it because I had a test done,'' he said, ``I'll give you my money back!'' I was really angry at the response. Even on the days when I had to wait, I didn't say anything special. I cannot recommend this dentist to anyone.
