  I won't give it the lowest rating because my family is taking care of me, but I once had a drill applied to the floor of my mouth to remove a decayed tooth, resulting in a large amount of mucous membrane loss. The doctor who was treating me didn't apologize, but gave me a steroid ointment to put on (although it was free). Personally, I am very disappointed because I wanted to receive an apology first. When I went back for a follow-up visit later, another staff member apologized to me, and I felt somehow apologetic. I think it's normal for mistakes to happen and accidents to happen, but in a case like mine, I think the first thing you should do is apologize.

  I lost a tooth because of the dentist here. My teeth were ground down needlessly. I do not recommend going here.

  While on a business trip, I had a toothache, and my gums and cheeks were swollen. I couldn't bear the pain, so I suddenly decided to look for a dentist nearby, and when I saw the reviews that they were open on Thursdays, I found a dentist. I visited this dentist. He was very kind and explained the condition of my teeth and the treatment methods in a very thorough manner.I would have liked to have them treat me on the spot, but I was busy with work, so they only gave me antibiotics as an emergency treatment. I decided to take it and go home. I gave it a 4 star because I haven't received any treatment, but I felt very reassured by the explanation. Even though it was a sudden visit, and even though I couldn't come because I was on a business trip, they looked at me carefully without giving me a single unpleasant look. Also, due to time constraints, I arrived earlier than my scheduled appointment time, expecting to have to wait inside the hospital, but I am really grateful that they were able to see me right away when I had free time. thank you very much.
