My friend visited from America and we went here. You should go through Roppongi Station and go through TSUTAYA. When you exit TSUTAYA, go up the street and take a left. The cafe is up a flight of stairs. When we entered, there were mostly foreign people. The staff is Japanese but have menus and directions/rules in English, which is nice. You pay your fee after you finish everything. The staff will tell you when your time is almost up. You also get a small drink with the time fee. You can also buy meal worms to feed the hedgehogs. Hedgehogs are nocturnal so they are sleeping when you're visiting, usually. But, they also have a fennec fox and he is enjoying life and running around. You can ask to pick him up.

This place was amazing! The hedgehogs are very well taken care of and they even had surgery performed on one of the hedgehogs that had throat cancer. I thought that was an amazing show of the care and dedication for the animals. Lovely place, worth every penny.

It can get crowded here making customers wait outside for their turn. However once inside it is a nice clean little shop and the hedgehogs are beyond cute. The staff are protective of the hedgehogs and make sure they are treated well. They carefully explain how to handle them and they also have staff that speak perfect English. The hedgehogs can also be adopted (bought).

Great place to cuddle these little cute animals. You have 30 minutes to hold them with gloves. They seem well treated, they have turns when they can rest and sleep. You also have a drink included and you can buy hedgehogs ! Definitely a fun and clean place to try.

Its a nice experience for people and the staff are super friendly. Like other reviews I'd agree that its kind of sad for the hedgehogs. But since all the hedgehogs are for sale you can think of it more like a pet shop with an hour play fee. The drinks are just from a coffee machine that you get yourself. The hedgehogs are super cute and love the worms. They also have a fennec fox that they may or may not let you play with. Overall I could never otherwise interact with a hedgehog or fennec fox so it was well worth it.
