  This is the best udon restaurant in the world! It’s been 4 years since I visited last time and I’ve been dreaming of coming back ever since. I can honestly say that the udon is as good as it’s ever been, if not better! These guys are an amazing team. Each person has an important role and they understand and take care of their responsibilities remarkably. Service is always top notch. The udon is spectacular. The texture is like biting into wagyu beef. Serving size is very generous and the fried chicken and squid are also delicious. Well worth the wait in line, it almost makes the experience even better (helps to work up an appetite). I wish everyone in the world can experience this place.

  Brilliant Kashiwa-Ten-Udon specialty shop. Not the only udon they have but the best! Basically ultimate super mode fried chicken on udon. Especially the main guy there (prob the owner) talks a lot and knows many of the customers and tries to give a lot of customer service so it can be worth the wait. Expect to wait due to its size and popularity. Recommended if you have time!

  the best udon I have ever eaten , oh so fresh noodle. Tempura sqid and a light but favourful broth , It was well worth the short wait. It is one of those places that you only dream about finding
